Acrylic nails, gel nails, lashes and pedicures are done at MW Nails & Beauty, the nail and beauty salon at Lansengatan 16 in Barkarbystaden. A new set in acrylic or gel starts at 500 kronor in a natural finish, 550 with colour and 600 with French, ombre or glitter; taking off old material is booked separately and costs 200–250. Gel polish on the hands starts at 350 kronor, and a manicure without colour is 250–300. For feet there is a spa pedicure from 500 kronor, a luxury pedicure with massage at 699–750 and an hour's foot massage at 700–750. The salon also does lashes and brows: single lashes are 700–750 kronor, Russian volume 900–950, a lash lift from 400 and a brow lift 500–550. The massage chair is used without staff, 30 minutes from 320 kronor, and like the foot massage it is tagged as a wellness service. The salon has no website of its own; appointments are booked on its Bokadirekt page, which lists the treatments and prices. According to the booking page the salon is open 09–19 Monday to Friday, 10–16 Saturday and 10–18 Sunday. An appointment has to be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead or the whole price is charged, and a repair is free within the one-week guarantee when the fault is down to the quality of the nails.
