Texas Longhorn runs one of the chain's 35-plus restaurants at Diagonalgatan 5, in the blocks by Sveatorget. The chain was founded in 1994 by Texas-born Philip Huntzinger, according to its own history. The Barkarby menu is American grill: BBQ ribs at 269 kronor, burgers from 229 and rib-eye in three sizes – 220 grams for 349, 320 for 469 and 420 for 589 kronor – plus a tomahawk for two and a one-kilo steak challenge. On weekdays it is dinner from 17:00, but Fridays bring lunch 11–15 with burgers at 109–119 kronor and ribs at 189. Saturday and Sunday start with brunch 12–15: Belgian waffles, steak and eggs and a Hangover Burger. The kids' menu applies up to age twelve. Tables are booked via easyTable, and food is delivered through Foodora, Wolt and Uber Eats or collected in person. Parking is in the garage under Hemköp in the same building.
