The club is built in the chain's newer 2.0 format with strength machines and free weights, cardio machines, a women-only section, a stretching area, group classes included and changing rooms with lockers, according to the gym's own page. Staffed open-house hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays 17–18. Membership is 299 kronor a month, 269 for students and pensioners and 259 for ages 15–17, with a 249-kronor start fee, no binding period and two months' notice. It is valid at every club in the chain – 302 of them in five countries since the start in Malmö in 2003.
