Nuudel House sits by Sveatorget at Barkarbyvägen 142, in Resona's block 11 next door to Synsam. The concept is Mongolian home cooking in a food-court format, with burgers alongside: steamed buuz from 149 kronor, fried khuushuur from 139 and tsuiwan with hand-cut noodles from 179, according to the restaurant's own menu. Burgers are 149–199 kronor, the kids' menu 99. Behind the counter is Deegii, who according to Järfälla municipality's barkarby.se runs the place as a family business after some twenty years in restaurants, most recently in Dalarna. There is outdoor seating, and food is ordered in person, for takeaway or online via Qopla. Open 11–23 Monday to Thursday, 11–24 Friday, 12–24 Saturday and closed on Sunday, according to the restaurant's own contact page.
