Home textiles store in Barkarby Gate, Kalvshällavägen 8 – three hours of free parking for customers.
About
Duvets, pillows, duvet covers, towels and curtains are what Hemtex sells – a home textiles chain that started in Borås in 1973 and, by its own count, has more than 130 stores in the Nordics. On hemtex.se the store is called Barkarby Gate, the same name as the retail quarter it is in. The phone number 08-556 537 30 goes to the store. Monday to Friday the store is open 10–20, Saturday and Sunday 10–18, according to both hemtex.se and the quarter's own site. The chain's Klicka & Hämta (click and collect) service lets customers order online and pick up at a chosen store after three to five hours, with no shipping charge, provided the items are in stock there. The retail quarter lies right beside Barkarbystaden. Customers park free for three hours with a parking disc, in the garage or outdoors, and buses 550 and 567 stop alongside – the 550 also runs from Barkarby commuter-rail station, according to the quarter's site.
